Jill Owens won the title of Miss Deaf Georgia 1993-1995 in Duluth, Geogia. Lisa Rae White was the first runner up.
Jill entered the Miss Deaf America pageant in Knoxville, Tennessee to compete with 38 national contestants in 1994. Her talent performance was dramatic interpretation.
