Exhibits
Come to Coastal Empire and participate in this excellent opportunity to present your business, corporation, or organization to hundreds of convention participants across a diversified community, including deaf, hard of hearing, late deafened, deaf blind and hearing individuals who are professioanls, leaders, and consumers. Convention attendees include parents and family members; youth from mainstream and residential education programs as well as colleges and universities; and administrators, educators, federal employees, support service providers, and manufacturers of products/services.
Exhibits will be held at the DeSoto Hilton (15 East Liberty Street, Savannah, GA 31401). Each 8' by 10' table includes two (2) chairs. Exhibitors will be listed and receive one (1) copy of the Conference program book and two (2) badges for the exhibit area.
Exhibit booth space is assigned based on the following: Submission date of application and full payment; sponsor status; affiliate of the GAD, type of business or service.

Exhibits Dates/Hours
Set Up	Thursday, July 19th	9 am - 5 pm
During	Friday, July 20th	9 am - 5 pm
	Saturday, July 21st	9 am - 5 pm
Breakdown	Saturday, July 21st	5 pm - 7 pm
Cancellation of Exhibit Contract
Should an Exhibitor wish to cancel this contract, the refund schedule is as follows: 1) Notification of cancellation on or before May 1, 2007 - refund of 50% of total contracted costs; 2) Notification of cancellation of contract after May 1, 2007 or if Exhibitor fails to occupy the space - the GAD retains 100% of contracted costs. Note: Exhibitor contracts are not considered cancelled unless the GAD has received notice in writing. No exceptions.
